Why would IndyCar okay a engine formula if there are no manufacturers to badge them? My understanding is the no manufacturer has signed for 2028 Because we haven't heard anything doesn't mean a deal hasn't been completed or at least mostly agreed to As I said, how could IndyCar test a chassis or any other component without an engine?
